• Drip Edge at all eaves edges
• Minimum 68" of "Ice & Water Protection" at the eaves  edge
• Minimum 36" of "Ice & Water Protection" in valleys
• Complete underlayment over entire roof
• 36" of "Ice & Water Protection" along gable ends
• 36" of "Ice & Water Protection" along all walls
• A minimum of a 5" flashing along all walls, chimneys and skylights
• A saddle or cricket behind large chimneys or large obstructions
• Complete plumbing stack conversions from cast/lead to PVC
• Proper ventilation in the attic from eave to peak
• Attics properly insulated, to reduce condensation and ice build-up on the roof
• Roof boards cannot exceed 6" and cannot have more than quarter inch gap between boards. (If roof has either one, it must be resheeted with 3/8 plywood.

Chateau Roofing & Siding Ltd. will provide a 20 Year Workmanship Warranty if the home meets all requirements and it will also be

backed by GAF's "Golden Pledge Warranty" (25 year workmanship warranty), if their products are used for the installations. They will also inspect the work once completed to ensure the quality of installations meets their standards.

All siding job automatically receive the 20 Year Workmanship Warranty with no additional extras required.

We offer 20 Year Workmanship Warranty on our installations when they include:

• Drip edge at all eaves
• Large downspouts
• Fixa-Tech Gutterguard(T-Rex) in the eavestroughs

• We offer 20 Year Workmanship Warranty on labour and a 20 year product warranty on the entire unit. This warranty includes full replacements on all sealed unit failures including glass.
